Nova Poshta
After sending the order, you will receive a message with the declaration number to the messenger of your choice, which you specified when placing the order.

When the parcel arrives at the Nova Poshta warehouse you specified, you should receive an SMS notification that the parcel has arrived, but sometimes you do not receive SMS messages from Nova Poshta. It is best to install the Nova Poshta app on your phone.
If you do not pick up the order within 5 days after its arrival, it is automatically returned to the sender.
To receive it, you need to have a PASSPORT and tell the Nova Poshta employee the number of the declaration.
Ukrposhta
After sending the order, you will receive a message with the declaration number to the messenger of your choice, which you specified when placing the order.

When the parcel arrives at your post office, you should receive a notification of the parcel's arrival in your mailbox (delivery of notifications is the responsibility of Ukrposhta employees). With this notification, you can receive the parcel at your Ukrposhta branch.
If you do not receive the notification within 7 days, please contact your Ukrposhta branch with the parcel number to issue the order.
You must have a PASSPORT to receive it.
